1 GATE MANAGEMENT

Heavy traffic holds up abound in our cities and so we train our guards on how to control traffic particularly in our areas of operation.

12 CODE OF CONDUCT
(a) Report for duty on time
(b) Cross-check the items of inventory before taking over
(c) Ensure proper handing over before leaving
(d) Do not abandon your duty post
(e) Appear smart and neat at all times while on duty
(f) Do not sleep on duty
(g) Do not absent yourself without due permission
(h) Be courteous
(i) Avoid undue familiarity with visitors
(j) Do not seek gratification before doing your job
